Lots of our clients are older, some have dementia and some just need help with the day to day bits we all manage.

We are currently looking for people with the following assets:

- L2 or L3 in Health and Social Care
- Driver with access to a vehicle
- Experience of working in care/dementia services/hospital inpatient enviroments.
- Good spoken and written English
- Cheerful, can-do attitude with a focus on making people's lives better.
- Shifts run 7am - 3pm or 2.30pm to 10pm with alternate weekends off.

In return we're offering a good starting salary with pay increasing as you gain qualifications and experience - so there's a real opportunity for career progression. We also offer a great mentoring scheme with regular teaching sessions, team meetings and client discussion. There's a 24hr oncall service if you get find you're having trouble with a client or there's something you aren't sure about.  We also offer extensive training and development opportunities.

We recently had a CQC inspection which found we are good to our teams and our clients. We're proud of this - so if you want to be proud of the work you do and the knowledge you have then come and talk to us!
